Dear Paul The Plumber Customers,
With everything going on with the COVID-19 virus, we are adapting daily to ensure the health and safety of our team members, and the families of the homes we service.
At this time we are continuing normal business operations. However, we are taking precautions to limit our team's exposure. The majority of our office staff will be working from home, we have temporarily suspended in-office training and meetings, and have limited our technicians to the office and warehouse for parts pick up only. We are working extremely hard to ensure all CDC guidelines are met.
We do ask our customers to please consider rescheduling (or waiting to schedule) service calls with us if anyone in your home has experienced symptoms. We will no longer be shaking hands, and have stocked our technicians with added disinfectant materials to ensure a sanitary workspace.
