Removed and replaced faulty inducer motor. Ran system in heating mode. Excess air number dropped below 100%. System is functioning properly.

On arrival common grey water drain backing up to shower Snaked, Line over 15’ to tank removed large amounts of hair. Flushed line no further backups or leaks. Copper to pvc clamp in basement was leaking when backed up. In warranty on further leaks

Checked and set pump pressure at 150, it was a little low. Made air adjustments, ran combustion test, and added high temp silicone to burner chamber door. Door does not have a rope seal, so seal could not be replaced.
