The best way to prevent emergencies is with regularly scheduled maintenance and preventative maintenance appointments. At these appointments, our professionals will inspect the condition of your plumbing system and offer suggestions to keep your system from experiencing clogs and broken pipes. Natural wear and tear happens, which can cause unexpected emergencies to happen from time to time, but with maintenance checks by our plumbers, your plumbing system will see far fewer emergencies.
When to Get Your Drains Cleaned?
If you get your pipes professionally cleaned once every two years, you should start to notice fewer clogs over time. The pipes in plumbing systems aren’t very wide and therefore can get clogged easily. The plumbing contractors at Paul The Plumber have the professional equipment necessary to clean out any and all signs of clogging.
The added pressure from clogged pipes can cause them to burst and flood your home. Some common things that cause pipe clogs are:
- Food scraps
- Invasive roots
- Old pipes
- Feminine products, toilet paper, and baby wipes
With routine professional drain cleanings, we can assure the life expectancy of your plumbing system will be longer than if you try to always clean your pipes yourself. The professionals at Paul The Plumber provide the effective and long-lasting results that doing it yourself can’t match up to.

Arrived to find customer wanted a flush on the tankless water heater. We found the tankless water heater was roughly 3 years old and had not been flushed and after agreeing on pricing, we flushed a descaling solution through the heater for roughly 45 minuets and then ran our hose out and ran fresh cold water through the unit for another 5 minuets to clear out any remaining solution. We then cleaned out the inlet screen and after firing the unit off and testing all work, found no leaks or issues with work preformed.
