Lots of people have decided to make the switch to a tankless water heater. If you too are considering installing a tankless water heater in your home, Paul The Plumber is here to help you!

Here are some reasons you might consider installing a tankless heater:

  • They take up less space than traditional water heaters.
  • There is no wait time for hot water from your fixtures with a tankless unit.

Your Local Heating and Furnace Experts

Do you find yourself continually calling a heating and air conditioning company to come and repair your furnace? Is your Furnace more than 15 years old? Is your heater cracked, or rusted? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then it may be time you called Paul The Plumber and asked about furnace replacement.

If your furnace is old, it's heat exchanger is more likely to crack. If your heater is cracked, it could be spilling toxic Carbon Monoxide (or CO2) into your home, putting you and your loved ones at deadly risk. If you see soot streaks around your furnace, if your flue pipes are rusting, if your walls, windows, or other surfaces have excess moisture on them, then you may have a CO2 leak in your home.

Paul The Plumber offers furnace repair* for precisely this reason. Give us a call today to speak to one of our friendly heating and air conditioning contractors about replacing your furnace!

AC is not working properly Inconstant cool issue, had tech out to look at system cleaned outdoor unit and did temp checks and all numbers look good. Customer said on the hotter day lost the cooling had air flow but no cool. Did an inspection and temp checks and other then finding water in lower cabinet of furnace number look ok. Delta tee 21 degrees and the superheat is in specs and holding with in 1 degree even after a 25 minute run cycle. Vsat below freezing temp and we are getting ice buildup on suction line, access is very poor to coil. Clay to follow up with Chris C on system R22.

Arrived to customers home to find that there counter guy tried hooking up the plumbing drainage underneath the kitchen sink and it was back pitching and leaking. I first removed all the leaking tubular drainage. I then removed the old basket strainer once I realized it was to long for me to get my pitch. I then ran out to grab a couple things that i needed. When I returned I then installed a new basket strainer, trap and piped over to the garbage disposal. Once completed I then tied back into the stack drain. I then filled sink 3-4 times checking for leaks. All was good no leaks. Also gave quotes on a bunch of stuff throughout the home. 2 year warranty on parts and labor provided.

Central AC not performing Arrived to customers home to look at AC, has a Unico system, not a traditional setup. The system is roughly 20 years old. Project manager to come out to give an estimate on replacing this system.

New water main shut off The reason main needed to be changed was to get the unit shut off replaced. The condition of the existing valve was needing replacement as well. In total there were two shut offs that were replaced today and the expected estimate was for one Turned water off to whole complex and drained out. Cut into water line and drained excess water out of the line away from the electrical meters. Located the new valve in a place where future replacement is possible and got it away from the meter as well. Customer has a two year warranty on parts provided and labor as well.
