- Paul the Plumber’s Emergency Response System consists of three key points:
- There is always a live person answering the phones.
- Emergency service is available for Promise Plan members until 10 pm, 7 days a week.
- Promise Plan members are guaranteed next-day service for emergency calls after 10 pm.
